We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone) and information generated by your use of the Platform (course progress, session attendance, messages to mentors).

Your information is used to: deliver and improve the Platform, communicate with you about your enrollment, connect you with mentors, and (with your consent) share your profile with prospective employers through OfferZen.

We share your data only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform (payment processors, hosting providers, OfferZen). We never sell your data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for up to 3 years afterwards for legal and operational purposes.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Submit requests to privacy@juniormentor.co.za.

We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your data. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password for your account.

Our Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
