By accessing or using Junior Mentor ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform is open to individuals 18 years or older. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Junior Mentor offers monthly (R500/month) and annual (R5,000/year) subscription plans. All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Monthly subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 5 days of their subscription start date. Annual subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days. Refund requests must be submitted to refunds@juniormentor.co.za.

All course content, materials, and platform assets are the intellectual property of Junior Mentor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

Students are expected to engage respectfully with mentors and peers. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate suspension without refund.

Junior Mentor is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, though we work hard to make them happen.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gauteng.
